I placed an order with 1-2 day shipping, they arrived in 6 days. I'll get over that, all the boxes I ordered were miss marked telling me that I got all the wrong bulbs. After talking to their customer service the finally believed me that they did in fact send one set of the wrong bulbs. They told me they would send out the replacement bulbs. After 11 days later I haven't heard anything from them. 9 days after having the bulbs in my car the ballast burnt out and fried itself. I'm waiting to hear from them about a refund. Not happy with the product or the customer service.

Ordering is fast and so is delivery so no complaints on that end. There's not much in the way of choices though on the website. I picked the most expensive, highest wattage LED headlight kit and the light is very weak. It is white, as I hoped it would be, but it has very weak "throw" - which means it basically shoots about 5 feet in front of my car and that's it. It's also not that bright. My xenon lights I installed on my previous car 9 years ago was way brighter and shot farther. Compared to my Lexus' stock/oem headlights, it's like 10-20% the brightness. I don't know if this is a defect or this is what we should expect but I was very disappointed. I can barely tell the headlights are on unless it's completely dark outside. Given they charge a 20% restocking fee plus shipping to return, it's not worth sending back ($40-$45 loss). I'm still debating though if I should return and buy elsewhere or what. I also didn't end up needing the anti-flicker component; it would be helpful if they clearly noted which car models do or don't require this extra piece as it's basically just useless garbage now.
