The website was extremely easy to use. Nicely done! The issue I had was I paid for next day delivery and it took a week to get here. I called and the salesperson I talked to, told me there was nothing he could do about it because it was a shipping problem. I still haven't received credit for the shipping cost. The product was what I expected it was the service I wasn't happy with!
