Kevin W is excellent, helped me through the whole process and also with choosing the right product. Vey Knowledgeable, However Louis C was really nasty and does not know how to treat a customer. He called me a liar and a jerk more than once after I had an issue with their product not working. They refused to give me my money back and had to stop payment on my charge card. After they knew that I was serious they said I needed to send back the product and they would deduct a restocking fee, and the cost of FedEx to send back was 88.00 which was not affordable at all.
This company is not customer friendly and they will not speak to you on the phone, only via chat. Do yourselves a favor and buy from an american company that has cutomer service and siupport that you can speak with a live person, dont be a victim of this comapny like i was,

I ordered high beams and low beams (9005&H11) they came in opposite boxes which was the beginning of confusion, then the connections on the anti flicker anti error canbus, that connects to the trucks power connection had the wires installed opposite so those had to be removed and corrected.(these connections can only be connected one way and the red wire and black wire would have been connected not red to red and black to black) all in all the lights are ok, we'll see how long they last before I call them great.
This is my 4th time visiting this site. I've bought 3 full sets of HIDs and now I'm moving onto LED lighting. Great company, great product and great service. Highly recommend!

The price was 151 (even in the emailed receipt it says 151) and i was charge of 198 when i got my bill! No notification or anything in the website says that i will be charge in US dollars price!
Never ever again will purchase and i will never promote or suggest xenonpro!
