Why do I have to leave a comment. It's a headlight bulb. They work. Who cares
XP was very responsive to communication- gave me good guidance. Purchase was quick and easy. Product arrived quickly. Installation was simple. And product works well. I'm glad to to know XP is a good customer service oriented company. I wish I'd bought my first set of lamps from XP.
The chat help was prompt and very helpful, delivery was in time, nice packaging. However, product needed to come with a clearer diagram to help complete the wiring. I ended up using another source for a proper diagram. The lights are brighter than stock, however, my expectations for distant effect were left a bit to be desired.
Customer service I got a response fairly fast but when I said what my problem was I never received a response. I was on my computer for 5 hrs but no response for a failed ballast. So I just purchased 2 more so I could drive my vehicle without being ticketed for a headlamp being out. Very disappointed in your company.

Great product this my second time purchasing lights. So far so good.
I just ordered H3 fog lights. I've not been able to find them from other xenon providers. I hope that once I receive them they will fit and perform excellent and light up the road ahead.
After receiving the "H3 Fog lights", I attempted to install them and found that they did not fit my fog light housing. It turned out that the bulb was to long and would bottom out. The product appeared to be more of a headlight "9005" replacement. If your ordering upgraded HID lights to replace old dingy Halogen bulbs, I would suggest to speak to a live representative to avoid the shipping back and time wasted both yours and the folks at Xenon-Pro.
I was not happy at all with the delivery service and time. I had to call to chase and have my item expedited for my trip.
The unit is great. It would have been nice to get the cigarette lighter with a USB outlet to attach my cell phone connection. Thank you

I am very happy with the LED lights that I purchased. However, the website indicated that I MUST purchase the "Canceller and Anti-Flicker" harness otherwise the lights would not work with my 2002 Ford Thunderbird. I purchased those as well. My mechanic installed the LED bulbs; they did NOT work with the Canceller and Anti-Flicker harness, and only worked when this additional harness was removed. I am dissatisfied with the wrong information Xenonpro provided which ultimately costs me an additional $14.99 US funds / $19.60 Canadian.
The product came as advertised. Additional material or modification is required to mount the bulb securely into the original housing. Still a great product if it holds up. I would recommend adding in some shrink wrap and zap straps for your customer.

The headlights were great super bright and easy to install but i purchased the cancellors and my car is still throwing a code. I feel that buying those were a waste of money but overall good product

It was quick and simple, but the products didn't offer much detail as to what is included in the box. The Dual Beam HID bulbs only specified they are Dual Beams on the title, nowhere else. I hope once I receive the order they are what I expect.
