Did not work as expected. Couldn't call for troubleshooting. Had to troubleshoot by chat. Took multiple chat sessions. All suggestions failed so far. Latest suggestion was to disable DRLs. I did that via on menu setting on BMW iDrive. That failed. Now I'm told that DRLs have to be disabled at dealer...more $$$$ out of my pocket that I should have been warned about on website before purchase. 0rdered these 11/22/18, took over a week to get them, and now I have appointment 12/14/18 for BMW technician to disable DRLs in computer.

Ordered high quality German made HID kits from this seller "xenon pro thieves " Product arrived about 10 days later then promised date. Once arrived, Instead of high quality German made product as it states on their website, l received a low quality cheaply made Chinese product. Not even close to what the picture shows on their website. It was obvious the boxes were alredy opened before. Bushings missing on both lightbulbs. Most likely returned a couple of times before it got to me. I tried to call them many times but off course they wouldn't answer the phone. So l started reading reviews on this merchant, wish l did it before ordering. After reading reviews about their way of doing business I tried to communicate with them through email so l can have in writing their responses. They refused and insisted that l contact them via live chat on their website. So l did. Certainly true what many others described in these reviews, unprofessional, rude, insulting, lying and so on. They said about everything but never apologized for trying to cheat me or offered to resolve the problem. What l don't understand is, based on what other people give them ratings that is more then 1 star. Are you getting high quality German made product, metal balasts as in the picture on the website, quality connectors, product that does not look like a total clutter? Or some people are simply not bothered by being lied to, being cheated and paying $100+ for a product that you can get for $30 in a local car parts store, or even better then this product. Had to call c-card provider to dispute this and get the full refund. Here are some screen shots, live chat with these clowns. Ignorance is their specialty.
