Awesome. The LED fog lights are unbelievable, they really improve night driving.
I contacted customer support three separate times the first to ask if I needed a warning canceller and was given a sheet that I did not believe my vehicle was on so I ordered without it. I then read more on it and worried that I did need one in contacted customer service again and they stated that yes I need one. I then got back online to order the item and it immediately canceled the order. I again contacted customer service and they told me that the product was out of stock it had no estimated time of when it could be ordered. So I tried to cancel my order and they ask why and I told them because I don't have this item and my lights won't work without it and they said they would. I was told to just put in it in and it should not be a problem. I bought it as a Christmas gift hoping that it works.
Excellent packaging and process
Everything was perfect except that the lights do not project to the desired distance I had a set of cheaper led headlights and that projected at least 20' further the quality was perfect just not happy with how far out they shine

They sent the wrong lights that I had to retrofit, but once I got them installed realized they are absolute garbage. Horrible.

It was a lot easier to order from you than most other places.
I purchased the 9005 LED headlights for my 2018 Ram 1500 with projector headlights and the fan housing is so big I cannot get the waterproof cover on the back of the headlights so they do not work, the unit is simply too big. I think in the website there should be a disclaimer stating that they do not fit the 9005 projector headlights
I thought I knew what bulb to order (but I didn't) but with there help we figured it out and everything is easy peasy now

I have issues with bulbs for one of my vehicles. Everything works but everytime I hooked up left side it stopped working. Everytime I try to contact tech or return i wait forever and never get through. Then comes issues with time I work 7am to 7pm m-for which does not allow me to talk to anyone. Because of this customer service practice I am rating ya low and probably will not buy again.
