They claim that the products they sell have a lifetime warranty. When you try to take action with the warranty, you are not allowed to actually SPEAK with someone, you can only go to livechat/type, they state to you that warranty no longer applies. And then they simply stop responding to you.

LED bulb with canbus adapter will not function with 2014 GMC Sierra. Incredibly, Xenon tech support after asking for assistance told me to disconnnect trucks daytime DRL's! How ridiculous is that?!? Returned and paid restock fee-
Very helpful and speedy, and very knowledgable great lights and great warranty the only thing the canceller doesn't work we had to take it off because the bulbs would not come on is there a refund on the canceller I mean I paid good money for it and it does not work?

High beam pkg was as advertised, plug and play. Low beam pkg, not the same, requires customer intervention to prevent connector s from shorting.
There was a wire broken in one of the connector...installation is not made yet. Hope I won't get other surprises...

Good shipping times, decent prices for whats out there but bad quality. My ballasts overheated causing the bulbs to flicker and cut off after 30 seconds of the vehicle being on. You say they are tested but everyone says that. Won't ever buy or recommend.

Ordered led headlights for 18 ram 2500. Got them and found out I needed to cut the headlight shell for them to fit. Website says plug and play with no mention of cutting brand new truck to install. Got an RMA to return. You will only accept returns from FedEx. Shipping back to you is $110.00 US dollars. Add the 20% restock fee, and that is costing me more than I paid for them. I think you should pay the return shipping, and waive the restock fee. I never would have ordered them if I knew I had to cut my truck up to use.
The Site was very easy and simple to use. Live Chat was Extremely helpful. Shipping was longer than said. It said 1-2 day shipping, it took just about one week before it arrived.
