I ordered several pairs of Nike shoes from this website over a span of about a years time. This past November, I asked if they had a specific pair of Jordans that I wanted to buy as a Christmas gift for someone. They told me yes and to send them the money on Remitly Because I don't have PayPal. I did this and then was told that they don't actually have the shoe that I wanted in the size I wanted it and I should choose from one of three other options they sent me. I told them that there was a very specific reason I wanted that exact shoe and I would prefer a refund instead. After being gaslighted up for about two months and never receiving a refund, I decided to just go ahead and have them send me one of the other shoes. Because at least I would have some thing for the money I already sent. At that point, they just completely stopped answering me. It has been nearly 3 weeks now of me messaging them every day or every couple days, And I haven't received one response. I can clearly see on WhatsApp that they are reading my messages. They are just completely ignoring everything and they still have my money, but I've got no shoes. I feel completely scammed at this point.

I bought 2 different items from this seller and they were delivered and when I sent them the money for my third item which was $168 they never sent it and they stopped responding to me...sellers name is hewitt2303

Before I made payment, the Nancy lady told me she will ship in 3-4 business days if I order now. As soon as I made payment, she told me her boss was asleep already and she cannot verify my payment. That is when i realized this won't go well. She ended up placing the order, it took over a month to receive this items. Also, when I finally got the items, I actually oder size 11.5 but they sent me 11.5 and size 12. The size 12 was way smaller than the 11.5. It was like a size 10 but they wrote 12 on it. When I contacted them to fix their mistake and send me my correct shoe size. Nancy said her boss wants me to sell the shoe. How do I sell a shoe that says size 12 but it's actually a size 10? And finally they said I have to place new order to enable them send me the shoe. Is this a joke? So, if you ever see the name Nancy with the details above. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. If you look at the photo, the yellow shoe is size 12 and the blue is size 11.5. But the blue is longer than the size 12.

They do not send the bag, when i filed paypal dispute, paypal denied my claim and paypal said "no protection for buying counterfeit" the seller abuse paypal seller protection to scam buyers. Please remember, buying counterfeit goods through paypal "goods and services" is not protected by paypal, and when you make payments through paypal "goods and services" paypal also protects the seller. I understood after I read PayPal's rules on buyer and seller protection. Beware...! Yupoo is totaly big scam...!

They will respond to your questions ASAP for you to believe that they are legit. They will provide you with a wrong tracking information for you to believe everything they say but as soon as you wire money to them that's the end of the story. THEY ARE THIEVES! The Chinese government needs to track them down as they are destroying the reputation of Chinese businesses. Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They will lure you to send them money through wire transfer but you will never get your goods! THIEVES!

He ripped us off $600 US, lead us on. We brought the sample it came, perfect! Then ordered bulk and he has now blocked us on all socials and we can't get a refund! Do something better with your life you idiot

I ordered some shoes and they came…and I was able to stay in contact with him throughout the process…so he good in my eyes.

Fits great, price was right. I am a size 18 and ordered the XXXL and this size fit fine. Not to long, not too short, hits mid thigh. Material feels good, not flimsy
