I used X as a free user for years with no issues and no warnings. I paid for X Premium on April 7,2026, covering a full month until May 7,2026.

Four days later, on April 11, my account was suspended. The reason given was "inauthentic behavior." No specific action was identified. No warning was sent before the suspension. My behavior on the platform was exactly the same as it was during years of free use.

I now cannot post, reply, or contribute anything on the platform. I paid for a full month and lost access after 4 days. X does not cancel your subscription automatically when they suspend you. You have to cancel it yourself while locked out of your account.

The appeals process is a form with no real feedback. There is no human support. There is no clear timeline. There is no transparency about what triggered the suspension.

I filed an appeal and I am waiting. But no paying customer should go through this. A platform that charges a premium fee should investigate before suspending, communicate clearly with the user, and offer fast and human support.

I recommend anyone considering X Premium to think carefully before paying. Your account can be suspended based on a user report alone, with no evidence and no warning, and your subscription money is gone with it.

This happens when we notice unusual login activity, like an attempt to log in too many times, or from a different location or device.

You'll need to wait before trying to log in again. Some blocks are removed automatically.

This was my first login attempt in more than a month, so "too many times" doesn't apply. Nor did this page give me any way to verify who I am (such as two-factor authentication).

10 anni fa magari poteva avere anche un senso utilizzarlo. Non che fosse mai andato chissà quanto, ma adesso a cosa serve? Forse giusto per politici e giornalisti, ma per persone normali non ha alcun senso avere un account X. Non c'è iscritt* nessun*, le notizie lì pubblicate sono anche pubblicate sugli altri social, e non ne parliamo delle foto. Ne ho pubblicate diverse per farmi pubblicità (sono modella freelance) ma me le hanno oscurate per presunto contenuto per adulti. Roba da pazzi! Erano semplici foto in bikini già postate l'anno scorso su IG e non ho avuto alcun problema di ban lì

I made 3 accounts. Yes 3. Why? Because every time I tried to voice my opinion on radical terrorism by jihadis my account got shadowbanned, suspended or tweets hidden. What did I tweet about? Radical islamic terrorism. No cuss words, no abuses and just facts. I also reported several accounts which were spreading misinformation but since x obviously doesn't do anything no action has been taken on any of the accounts. I have not received a single response from x, finally got tired and decided to post this review. You cannot post truth, facts or your opinion on this app or u will get banned.

Worst customer service ever!
My account was supposed to be locked for an hour because a bot took my word out of context and 2 days later nothing. I opened a case and kept getting "we are having technical difficulties" It claims to support free speech but the bots have no context as to what that even is. The platform is great as long as you don't need any assistance. I can't even delete my account because I am locked out.

Ever since Elon Musk has taken over, Twitter has gone downhill. Racism is very prevalent on there. People can say the N word without any repercussions. Cis is being labeled as a slur when it's not a slur. Making that word a slur is just indicative of ignorance. Removing public likes was a mistake. Allowing porn bots to run rampant is disgusting. Twitter is no longer one of the best apps. Truly unfortunate.
