For years I have been purchasing properties through Land Central. The employees are always kind and respectful when I had to call and speak to them. Once the property is paid off, they are quick to file the proper documents and send you the deed to your new property.
I have purchased two properties through land central, both are a little over one acre each. If you do not receive a recorded deed from said county where property was purchased, then you have a problem. If you purchase a property and someone shows up at the exact same time to view the property... that is suspect in and of itself. I have referred this company to several coworkers and friends and will continue to do so.
