I tried to purchase land once before and the server froze while processing. I would recommend doing extensive research before buying land. Download the app LandId, or search the APN on the county website. Look at zoning, water, etc.

I got my welcome package. Only problem I am having is finding my property as per there instructions as driving direction are from Portland Oregon where I live in Burns Oregon east side of Oregon ive tried to google earth my property using Latitude.>Longitude but getting no where
