When my mother passed away, I contacted WWAPS to ask for their assistance in dealing with the Probate of my mother's estate. They couldn't have been more helpful, explaining every procedure and telling us the best way to proceed. We decided to pass on the role of Executors to them and they dealt with everything very quickly and professionally. They organised the sale of the property and the house clearance. It made a very difficult situation so much easier. I am very grateful to all the staff, particularly Danielle and Jade who were both amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend WWAPS.
Unprofessional, lack competence, failed to make reference to the will & did not acknowledge they were wrong over V5 document. Failed to contact an executor and provided no apology. These are only a few of the failings discovered during an over long experience with sims & co at ww&ps.
