I have worked with the company under different accounts for different writers and the support is responsive and well treating until the season is off peak or you commit so many mistakes. This company is awesome for all new writers. Please separate the platforms for probation and paid accounts.
I have written for writershub over a year. The site is great but the support is so strict and will fine you for no good reason. Especially when you take long papers you will end up uncompensated and fined as well. At first the site does not compensate you for the first five orders which I believe is not fair since the writer has already passed the site tests. They take like forever to pay, unlike other sites where you can withdraw your cash anytime
Update: Disregard the response by the company's representative on this review, do not be sweettalked to working on Writershub. I have over 7 years experience having used multiple platforms but Writershub stands out among the worst in regard to Fines and Reassigning of orders. Writerhub is the biggest scam!
Dear Alfred, we have a clear payment policy, according to which all writers are paid on individual payment dates if there are at least $50 on the balance. If you were unjustly fined, feel free to contact our Billing Dept. to dispute a fine. If the fine is unfair, it will be reconsidered. If you have any other concerns, you are welcome to express them to the HR Dept. as we are doing our best to make the working process comfortable for our writers.
The very frustrating thing is that they fine you for silly mistakes with the excuse of quality. They don't investigate any issue regarding the objection of the client. Even if they investigate, the process of fining a writer is not transparent. They always support the client over their writers. No partial fine they always fine you fully.
Imagine spending the whole night while working on an urgent paper, only for the order to be reassigned without notice. Does it mean the paper I submitted received a 0 score? Even if the paper failed to follow some requirements, why couldn't it be placed on revision status? Even if the client insisted on assigning the paper to another writer, why couldn't I be paid 1/4 of the order value? And remember this is after the client had asked me to submit the URLs for all the sources used via the chat section. I did all this at no additional payment. This is unfair... this is slavery... this is inhumanity.
Dear Michael, we have a system of fines and bonuses which is transparent and followed by all our representatives, including the QA specialists. We do have partial compensation if a writer completes part of the project successfully. If you were unfairly fined, please contact our Billing Dept. We will investigate the issue and if that is the case, the fine will be reconsidered. Thank you!
Why deny a writer privileges to change to change payment detail. Very selfish and treats writers like garbage. It should be terminated. Hope I get enough writers to comment here because of I very sure anybody who has come across this account will never go back there.

It is very unfortunate that the company is threatening to close down my account after all the funds have been released simply because i requested a change in my payment details.The company policy has allowed employees to update their payment details four days before the next payment date. Being an honest employee, that is what i did. My previous paypal account was opened in the U. S with a U. S profile. However, i no longer reside in the U.S. After contacting paypal customer care representatives, they advised me to close down the U. S paypal account and open a new one with a profile of my current location to avoid issues with security and verification when doing my transactions. After doing that, i provided the new paypal mail to writerhub billing representatives and explained to them why i needed the details updated. They requested for a photo of my ID and diploma, which i provided. Today, i received a message that my account will be closed after the funds have been released and they will not update my payment details because i failed the verification test, I used the same details to open the account. My question is, why close down an employee's account simply because they requested you to update their payment details? Is that a justifiable reason for account closure? One of the writershub representatives from the billing department went ahead and told me that any further requests of not closing down my account will be considered as spamming and will lead to fines applied to my upcoming payment. Does it mean one can not move from one country to another, change their paypal account details instead of operating fake accounts, and still be able to work with you? Is that one of your company policies which has not been outlined in the ones provided? Or is it because i am from Africa that why my request can not be considered? Are blacks being unfairly targeted, their accounts being closed without any proper reason despite their input and commitment to your company? In my opinion, the reason for closure is not justifiable and out-rightly unfair. Give me a valid reason for threatening to close down my account after the funds have been released.
Dear Peter, your account was closed because you did not pass the verification which is obligatory for every writer who wishes to update the payment details, and not because you requested to change your PayPal. Please contact our HR Dept. for more information regarding the matter. Thank you!
WRITERS: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! THIS IS THE MOST POORLY RUN COMPANY I'VE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF WORKING FOR. DO NOT APPLY HERE! I didn't listen to the negative reviews of this place and I really wish I had. So I applied to be a freelancer for them on Thursday the 15th of March. My application was approved the following day and I was told I would be receiving a call to confirm my phone number (for some unexplained reason.) I didn't. I had to contact them on that Monday asking for them to call me, which should take about two seconds. Apparently they had too many new writers and this stupid process of verifying my number apparently was going to take a long time. What? How hard is it to call someone? So they told me that I can call their number. I did. Five times. Each time it was sent directly to a voicemail that was full so I couldn't even leave a message. They finally first called me at almost midnight one night and then had the audacity to tell me that I indicated the wrong time zone so it was my fault that they rudely work me up in the middle of the night. Even if I did indicate the wrong time zone in the application (which I sincerely doubt I did), during my email asking them to call me, I provided my number and the time zone I was in. Yesterday (Monday the 26th so only about two weeks after they initially approved my application) was the day we finally connected. Yay, right? Wrong. I go onto their website and saw that its not even writing. These people expected me to pay $3 to bid with another writer to do someone's high school math homework. Um no thank you. This is a horrible website. Congratulations on making a one day process into a two week one.

Most people do not know where I draw my money from. Some say I am a house husband with a stable internet watching movies with my daughter 24/7 while my wife is hustling as a breadwinner. What they don't know is that I am at all time working from the comfort of my house. While they commute to and from work, I comfortably take my office sit within minutes. The company's QA department love exerting fines on huge projects. The fine-dispute system is very unresponsive and support does not even dare defend their arguments when confronted. I am sorry to say that I now prefer working with flexible companies which value your unique input, rather than a money-oriented company that demotivates its writers.

Horrible experience at the company. I worked on all orders required to graduate from probation level without any issues and on the day they were to promote me they terminated my account. They never gave any reasons just an email "try failed." I followed up to get compensation for the 5 orders done they just said they could not do that yet all students who I had done orders for were satisfied with the work. I traced one of the students on Facebook and actually, he scored an A on the assignment.

Writers please keep off this site. This is the worst company I have worked for. First, their pay undermines writer you ca even write a ten page paper for 10 dollars. Secondly, the company has incompetent support team who keep on harassing writers. Lastly, the fines are just unreasonable.

Besides, all prices are negotiable on our website and you are not forced to take any projects for automatically set compensation. All writers' bids are carefully considered before a project is assigned. Feel free to request higher compensation. Your bid will be confirmed if your QA ranking is good and you have the necessary skills to complete it. Furthermore, we are sorry to know that you experienced any issues with our Support Team who do their best to assist all writers in a professional manner. Trivialities cause unreasonable fines. When one tries to argue his or her opinion regarding payment issues, they are slapped with further fines. I did zero-sum work for more than two months where the amount i earned equaled the fines they slapped me with curious accuracy. I wasted two months of my life with these scammers. In trying to defend myself, they closed my account with the excuse that i was spamming their mail! Incredulous!

These guys kept me on probation as a new writer. I did SEVEN free papers as the HR department delayed to upgrade my account. Next thing I notice, the account was closed! After doing quality work to guarantee a preassigned order "REcommended by customer." They ripped me $80!

Dear Alelz, our conditions clearly state that you need to write only 5 small projects on trial. You were not required to take more and only had to wait patiently for the evaluation of our HR Dept. Unfortunately, we are forced to close the accounts of those writers whose writing skills are poor and uploaded papers are not written in line with requirements. That is what the probation period is for – to assess the writer’s abilities. The decision to close your profile was based on a careful evaluation of all orders you completed on probation.
