I have been a loyal customer for about 2 years now. I mostly come here because of pricing.I have gotten good grades but they services is HORRIBLE. They ask for your deadline but yet the writers delivered whenever they want to. Their policy is a 12-24hr revision time but then of the writer not available you want longer. I advice always place order well before your actual deadline. Never show them your portal because then they disregard the deadline you actually give. When you complain they want you to feel bad that the write has things going on or order to worry about. There is never a situation just you have to wait until the writer comes on because they are paid. I've been told I'm a priority order and the highest writer is on my assignment but yet I get work that missing in text citations but has references listed. The writer never reaches out if they will be late or doesn't understand your assignment. I've had to asked for revision after revision just for simple things. I've sent in teacher instruction along with personal instruction explaining everything I want and it's still delivered wrong. I rather just pay the extra bucks and go other company where I feel I'm value and being heard. Here I feel like I get backlash when I'm upset that I've asked for an order at 12pm and when I check on it on its not ready and it will be about 3-4 hrs before it's sent to me. Be prepared for the back and forward sometimes. Ask for you work at least 2 days before you actually need it. Also keep your chat records as well.

This website is a complete scam to get your money and not give you what you pay for. I got my order and it was completely different then what I clearly had stated. None of the questions the paper was supossed to answer were answered. I called to get a refund and the guy THREATENED me that he would message my school about using this site. Completely unsatisfied and did not get a refund

I'm never doing service with them again. My work was past due because unfortunately my writer is lazy and never available. I was charged extra because i needed my work done at a specific time yet still i'm still getting past due works.
