Never Delivered - no refund

Ordered and paid for a watch - very good website. It says the items are shipped via DHL and delivered in 7 days. I was shipped by Letracking and it took 45 days where it says it was delivered, but it was not. I contacted the retailer who said it was out of stock and they would refund me in 7 days. They never did - Total SCAM. AVOID
