The folks on chat are amazing. They take care of stuff, they appear to be empowered to make decisions and I LIKE that! While my order was not correct the first time, I am hopeful that by next Thursday (promised delivery) that will all be corrected.
One complaint I do have is that I tried calling on Monday, was on hold for 15 minutes waiting for someone after pressing 1 on the phone and left a voicemail. Nowhere did it mention that MAYBE they were closed for the holiday and no-one called me back. That aside, Kevin resolved my issue quickly and effectively.

Wish you could get a discount for large orders
I think that the ultra thin product needs to be shown on a wrist next to the other sizes so that it is clearer just how thin they are. Will definitely purchase more in the future but wider.

Would have been happier to have site allow choosing medical icon. The ability of the people processing my order addressed my request for medical icon to be added and was very pleased with their results.
