This review is about the pre-sales aspect of WPDating.
We scheduled 3 meetings with their integration team for a bespoke integration.
They late for each meeting and cancelled each one without an explanation or follow up.
Their actions may be a correlation to the quality of the product and available service during pre and post deployment.
We have decided to go with another provider.

Buying a website template from WPDating was the best decision that I have ever made. In all honesty I have never had any problems with the template in the entire yr and a half or any of their products. One of the greatest feature is their tech support, consistently being there for me and lending me a helping hand. So for anyone who comes across my review, don't worry when it comes to buying products from WPDating because the tech support consistently got your back.

Everyone wants to get what they want from the product and basically, if they are buying from online then it cannot be sure, But with wpdating plugin, I get what I wanted for running the dating business. One of the best dating software for running the dating business with lot of amazing features. And talking about customer service, they are always happy to help with the issue/query of the customer. Everyone has their own perspective to run the business in their own way as mine was fulfilled by wpdating product.

WPDating plugin is awesome, it's pretty simple to use and comes from someone who has absolutely no knowledge in scripts, HTML, or any developing skills. Also they have the custom development service if i need to add any new features or designs. A round of applause is the least I can do to show my appreciation towards the staff, excellent customer service, tending to after sales queries and so much more. A full package indeed and thumbs up to the team.

I was like hasitation to buy this product at first but, with the sales team explanation I finally bought the product. When I started using it, I find that it is one of the best dating software to start a datingsite. What a dating feature full of perfect feature for dating. Support of wpdating is too good, get answer with every query you have.

I've bought the basic package for 149$ and I think that this particular package, doesn't have all the features that I would love to have on my website. I guess you can say that, you get what you pay for and that is only for this reason that my review is 4 stars. I will give them 5 stars once I upgrade to a higher package that offers all the features I need.

The website has just gone live: www.nikahbureau.com and I am yet to see how it functions when I have a lot of members using the site. I love the tech support - they are very friendly and they respond quickly to all queries. Keeping my fingers crossed!

I PAID THE THE PREMIUM CUSTOM PACKAGE FOR THE WEBSITE AROUND APRIL 2019, IT IS NOW FEB 1,2020 AND MY WEBSITE IS NOT DONE. I WAS TOLD I COULD TAKE AROUND 5 WEEKS.

DONT DO IT! SAVE YOUR MONEY! GET A REFUND! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

INITIALLY THE SALES TEAM WILL GET BACK TO YOU, HOWEVER AFTER THE PAYMENT THINGS GOT REALLY SLOW. I WAITED PATIENTLY, I GAVE THEM SKETCHES. I WOULD EXPLAIN MYSELF TO ONE PERSON AND THAT PERSON WOULD NOT SHARE THE INFO WITH THEIR TEAM. THEY WOULD TAKE VACATIONS AND PROMISE RESPONSES TO NO AVAIL. SPELLING IS OFF, COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE AND QUALITY LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED.

I WANT A FULL REFUND. THEY HAVE NOT DONE THE WORK THEY PROMISED AND HAVE COMPLETELY IGNORED ALL MY REQUESTS.

I have tried all of the popular dating themes and plugins out there and let me assure you that WPDating is second to none.
The features that they provide even in the basic package is unmatched by other alternatives at this price point.

I purchased WPDating's VIP + APPS package and was pleasantly surprised by the dedication of their entire team from development and design to support.
My apps look very professional and were easily listed in both the Play Store and App Store.
As for the themes, all of them look very professional and well-designed with great features that are perfect for the online dating audience.
I cater to the European market and WPDating's language add-ons have allowed me to auto-translate my website to 9 languages.
Their support team is very professional as well. I had no trouble setting up calls to discuss my strategic goals and how I wanted my website to look.
I highly recommend WPDating if you're looking to start your own dating business without burning a hole in your pocket.

I purchased this plugin & theme based on the fact that I was told it was reliable and easy to configure...

As of now, we have been going back-and-forward with "Sudar" at support, who does not seem to have a clue why the plugin and theme is riddled with issues, both front and back-end, for a week now, (44 emails and counting) with little to no progress at all.

Considering the cost, I am incredibly disappointed with both the quality of the product and the level of support I'm receiving.

I've now given up and hired a 3rd party dev to fix this mess, adding further cost that shouldn't be required.

I highly recommend avoiding this operation -- they oversell and under devliver.
