Wowcher

1 – Avoid Wowcher
Bought a palm tree that arrived dead — refund took 2 months and was split into PayPal + short-expiry credit. Also lost vouchers that expired with no reminder. Poor service, unfair refund practices.

I purchased 2 beds through Wowcher from Buyer empire ( another rubbish company).
Part of first bed arrived and it was completely useless so I declined further deliveries and cancelled the second bed.
It's been over 4 weeks and I am still waiting for refund for the second bed and collection/refund for the first)

Every time I send wowcher an email ( by replying to their own emails, I get an email back as if I am starting a brand new complaint. They even try to teach me how to reply to an email. (All automated)
I have asked for somebody to see sense and call me but of course that has not happened.

Nothing from buyer empire and nothing from wowcher.
I need the refund to be able to purchase other beds.
I will be leaving further reviews because I don't think I anyone at Wowcher is going to deal with this anytime soon.

Nightmare to get hold of an actual person to deal with an order that never arrived. After months of trying they told me my order had 'expired therefore zi couldn't get my money back, even though I had never received what I paid for AND they had never sent me some kind of code to activate my order. Terrible chaotic system and they point blank refused to refund me. AVOID WOWCHER AT ALL COST - they are basically thieves.
