I had a very easy process with Worthy. They respond when you call them and they email and text you with each step in the process. At any point during the process, you can request your ring to be shipped back to you.
I made more off my ring with this process than the pawn shop offered me.

I wish I was able to get more, you really have to fight and set your reserve price high. When it is not met you can offer a new reserve based on what the highest bid was. Best way to maximize your value.
