Won't honor their offer

They offer buy 3 books get one free. They don't have the offer at checkout, so if you forget to add a 4th book, too bad, you'll never get it, despite paying for 3 books as required! I contacted Esther next day. Her reply was terse and rude. She would not just add one book to my order. It was the next day. They call themselves "customer service heroes". Please. Heroes aren't stingy and rude. Buy elsewhere!
