Working Class Heroes offer a slightly more personal take on internet shopping. Notification emails and dispatch were prompt, but I also appreciated the notes and free stuff thrown in my parcel. Being a small operation, I'm sure that it would be easy to get in touch with them regarding returns etc. and to have a named contact deal with any problems (rather than the unhelpful automated emails offered by some sites). I would definitely use again and recommend to anyone. Thanks guys.
