Overall, very happy, I was updated every step of the way, and even received an email about reward points which I thought was a fantastic idea. I had selected next day delivery which came on time and the product was perfect. However, I then thought I would use my reward points to order another product. I tried to use these a few times however it seemed I was unable to use them every time I tried. I contacted workingclassheroes through email and had a brief response a dew days later. I tried to then do it again, which was very much the same as I had been trying. I then gave them a call which I was much happier with, the man told me how currently the rewards are not working on iPhone safari so to download google chrome and try that. I then ordered my second item, this time I chose 3-5working days delivery, however it has been 3days since ordering and I have only received an email to say my order has been placed. I then had a look at my item online and realised that I would have been better going elsewhere as pretty much everywhere that sells the item have it discounted. So I am not very happy with my second order.
Certainly one of the better online shopping experiences, bought some North Face mules, the price from Working Class Heroes was the cheapest I found so ordered them on a Thursday and they were delivered on the following Saturday morning and that was with standard shipping! Basically a faultless experience.

My purchase has still not arrived and is held up with Royal Mail. I phoned for help on this matter and the phone was never answered despite over 8 calls.
I emailed for help and got a rather pathetic response that showed no customer care whatsoever. I responded to this and voiced my complaint and several days later have still not heard back.
My overall experience is not great to be honest and have doubts about using you in the future if this is the way you treat your clients.
