Found this shop via Google because they offered the best price on the product I wanted. I'm normally wary of sites I don't know but they offered PayPal so it was happy to take the chance and was very pleased with the speed and quality of service and the product was exactly what I was after.

Working Class Heroes is great. Seeing its brilliant rise from its opening years ago to the level its at today is fantastic to see as a local Ulverston lad. The guys there are nothing but friendly and have a great knowledge of their product, which is surprisingly rare in today's day and age, but nevertheless extremely useful when picking out new threads and kicks. I recommend anybody I can to shop there, whether it be local friends or friends from afar to shop online.Overall, got nothing but positive words to preach about the shop, its owner and its staff. May it long continue, as it has well and truly cemented itself as one of Ulverston's finest.

For one order I made I didn't hear anything for a while even though I got an order confirmation. When I followed up I got a quick response from somebody called Rob, who very honestly explained the problems they were having with the new system meaning orders were disappearing - I appreciated the honesty and the lengths gone to to explain the misunderstanding and get the order out asap, it put a personal touch to the customer service and more than made up for the delay..
Fantastic customer service, loved the wee note that came with my goods, and delivery was super quick, keep it up guys and yes it is worth it!
