Chose the free delivery option and it arrived days quicker than it said it might take. Excellent communication keeping me up to date with my order. Carhartt is known quality and the Anchorage Parka does not disappoint; to get it in a flash sale was an absolute bargain. Finally, the team at WCH seem to be a genuine bunch who care about their customers based on their grateful and humorous letter included in the parcel.

Literally five stars for everything. Awesome prices, great range of stock, it was delivered super quick. I ordered really late on Tuesday night and got it first thing Thursday morning. Also their reward points system is great. Being rewarded for stuff I wanted to buy anyway? Big plus point in my book.
Also it seems like such a small thing but the note that came with my order had my name hand written and signed off by hand by one of the team. Nice to know you are dealing with real people not some automated machine.
