WonderMe advertised that they would guarantee Christmas delivery as long as orders were placed by December 15. I placed 6 orders on December 12 that were intended as Santa gifts. Not only did they not deliver, but I could never reach their customer service department by phone and the few times they responded by email, they simply said the order were "in production" and didn't answer any other questions. I was left scrambling at the last minute to buy new presents after I'd already spent a good amount of money on these portraits. It's December 26, they haven't responded to my BBB complaint, and the packages still haven't shipped.
