I wanted to believe in their mission and values, but my experience was disorganized and frustrating. Communication was slow, follow-up was inconsistent, and promises were made that never materialized. The organization's public image paints a picture of empowerment and collaboration, but behind the scenes, it felt scattered and unprofessional. It's disappointing when an organization with such a powerful message can't seem to practice what it preaches.
