I ordered a Large Cami, they sent a small, I have emailed 5 times requesting a packing return label so I can Exchange for the correct size but now I realize I probably wont get the exchange or a refund as it seems Like once they get your money they don't care if you are a satisficed customer.
So much for trusting online shopping...

This pure bull... I wear an XL and all this thing did was to mash my breast against my chest. Nothing else changed. It also was delivered 2 days late. Will never buy anything from them again. Not only that but couldn't call anyone to talk to.

I ordered this product in the size I always wear and it was all I could do to get it over my head. The XXL that it was supposed to be is more like a S. Or even an extra small. I was greatly disappointed.

I ordered a camisole from WO and I was not particularly happy with it and decided to return it! I contacted WO and since they are all working from home due to Covid I expected it would take some time for them to get back to me but within an hour I had a reply telling me exactly what to do and how to do it! They were fast, professional and very helpful! I love companies that care about their clients!

I really like the shapers... and I also would like to say to other people that these are not magical, ok? So if you are an XL size, they will not make you a medium... so keep that in mind... they will help whatever body you have.

I contacted the company within the timelines specified for return and they did respond however I did not return because of having to go to post office and stand around w many people in this pandemic. This cami is nothing like seen on the web. It does not stay put and it rides up no matter whether it is in or out. The removable pads bunch up and cannot be smoothed. The bra area is so tight it makes you look like you have one breast in addition to a flattening effect. All in all I would not buy again nor recommend.

I tried the cami on as soon as it came and was amazed at how comfortable it is! I wear a 44C and bras are NOT comfortable! Straps fall down, wires pinch, constant pulling, & tugging. I feel supported and cannot wait to spend my day. Not fiddling with my bra!

I bought 3 camis back in December. I have been wearing one hoping it would stretch, which it did not. I used their sizing chart to order my correct size but the cami squeezes the life out of me. With our current lockdown I had the idea (and the time) that maybe the company would allow me to exchange the other 2 for the next size up since they have never been opened. Of course not. Since I bought them in December my time had expired. Had good potential as a product but customer service sucks. After seeing other reviews on this page with customer service like they have they're not long to be with us.
This company's customer service is excellent. Good products, but runs small on the size. Promp replies.

6-8 inches smaller than their size chart. No one andwes their phone and no response to 6 Emails to the address they give. The ads say return and exchanges are easy- maybe for them! But no response in 6 weeks, no return address for return. I would exchange for larger size, but have now filed claim with Bank and Better Business Bureau.

I ordered two cami's from these $#*!s and they do not fit. There sizes are like 4 sizes to small. But the worst part is I have tried contacting them through their website and sent 3 emails no response. Probably because I want to return them. They have no phone number to call. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!

I am tall, with a long torso. The tank is too short for my body type and constantly rides up. The quality of the garment is good. They should offer a long torso option.

I ordered the pack of 3 camis. They arrived within 10 days and were well packaged and well made. They just didn't provide the level of support I needed. I went on the website to see about returning them, and I thought it was going to be a hassle because of other reviews here, and because they required me to send an email requesting instructions instead of just including instructions on the website. I followed the directions and was stunned to get a response within 5 minutes, especially since it was after their published business hours. They offered refund or exchange. I opted for the refund because the problem was me, not the item - it just didn't work for my body. The next thing I knew, they sent me confirmation of a refund, and PayPal did as well. No pushy sales attempt, no trying to overcome objections or pressure me into something else. Just quick courteous service. I highly recommend doing business with this company. In this case, the item didn't work for me, but it was well made, and the service was top notch.

The padding in the breast area is not sewn in. You wash them once and the padding bunches up or moves out of place and no way to fix it. Can't wear them again. Do not recommend this product.

I ordered a set of three shirts. Two came with the right size one came with the wrong size I'm a 2XL. They sent one nude colored shirt 2XL one white shirt 2XL the black shirt is a medium. Sent them an email never heard back.

Comfortable and fit's great just wish the chest are was a better fit. I'm afraid if I go up a size the rest won't fit. I ordered large Cami tops from them and shapermint around the same time. I was so happy that this fits so comfortably as the other ones from ShaperMint were literally small enough to fit my 11 year old(Not kidding)! Lady's as for my future shape wear purchases I'll be using Woman's ocean.

It's not worth the money I'm a very small petite woman I weigh 118 pounds so I got a small it was ripped on the side after I opened it and it rises up all the time it doesn't do any slimming if anything it will show ur imperfection don't buy from them it's junk
