Wolltraum USA

Beautiful yarn. Gracious service. Highly recommended!

Please stop sending me this survey. I don't wish to participate! I had a less than favorable experience with the rep.

I will have to come back to this, haven't made anything with it yet. Waiting for oct 3 for the CAL.

Soft and easy to crochet with. I can Imagine that knitting is The same.

I love the yarns I bought. I was slightly intimidated to use them but I have started after several months if just admiring them. I know I will need more and more and more!

The yarn and the owner are both so pleasant! :) Thank you!

This site was so easy to use, check out and the product arrived in a quick turnaround. They ship the package so well protected. Will be purchasing from them again.

As always, a super smooth transaction. I love the yarn and recommend highly!

My delivery took several weeks to get to me but I do understand that when a sale is going on they would receive lots of orders. I was disappointed that such expensive yarn would be just thrown in the box and not put in a plastic bag or something similar to keep it from getting dirty or wet in transit.

I love the colors of the yarn I bought and how they blend so nicely!

This is a unique and beautiful yarn, and I love working with it. During my order process, Wolltraum kept me updated and responded immediately to any questions I had.

Awesome! I have looked forward to buying this exquisite yarn! So happy to have won my yarn at the giveaway! Ms Heather Mellon is a wonderful representative of this great company. Thanks again

Shiping is expected to be slow due to the handmade-to-order nature of the product. It is NOT ready-made, and thus should be expected to take a bit longer to ship. It is a wonderful product, and I would order again in a heartbeat!

The company was great to work with, questions were answered in a timely manner. Did not know what to except from the yarn, but like the feel very much after I began my project.

I had to e-mail for assistance with my order, and Heather was so very responsive! I was impressed. Of course impressed with the Wolltraum too! They're almost too pretty to use! They look good in a bunch sitting to look at!

I was very impressed with my first encounter with Wolltraum USA! The selection of products, followed by the great customer service, and then, when I received my order (in record time, I might add) I was most impressed with the quality of the yarns I purchased.

Shipping was less expensive than overseas. It was a seamless transaction. Thank you

I've had many compliments on the projects I've made.

My first time ordering, and it certainly will not be my last!
