Very poor communication. Never replies with enquiries even after repeated attempts through facebook, messanger and email.
Placed an order over 4 weeks ago- no idea of shipment or expected delivery date. No replies to multiple emails and Facebook messages. Zero communication or support.
Web site claimed to ship within a week. I understand my order was placed just after the holidays, but the info in the web site wasn't updated to show a different shipping schedule. Tried to contact company twice and never heard back. Poor customer service. Took 25 days to receive my order. I asked once if they had store hours for people to come and buy direct from them... never heard back. I only live a few short hours away and would have loved to drive there and shop in person.
Absolutely gorgeous yarn and American made! The color gradient is beautiful and I'm sure it will make up to a lovely garment.
My first time ordering and I have to tell you that they have the best customer service. I received my order today and was absolutely amazed on the quality and care that was put into it. I will definitely be back for more.

I recently ordered yarn on Dec 12th for a gift and was told the item would be shipped in 7-10 days. I requested a status update several times after 10 days and never received a response. The yarn did not ship until Dec 29th or 17 days later.
It's been 11 business day and I have no idea where my yarn is. There's no tracking number or any indication that it's en route. Has it been shipped?
There is an huge variety of yarn, and it is all organized very nicely shown on the website. I am anxiously awaiting my first order.

Wolltraum My Melody 4ply is wonderful to crochet and knit with. The gradients are amazing. It is definitely at the top of my list to work with. So glad you are in the USA now.

I received my order of "Smile" Wolltraum yarn in a timely manner. I appreciated the personal touch I received through messenger, that kept me informed of what phase my order progress was in. The colors in "Smile" are beautiful. I have started my project and love the feel of the thread and the ease of making the stitches. I will be back for more; so many lovely colors to try. Has someone come up with a "charm" bracelet crochet pattern yet? I might have to try my hand at making an add-a-charm crochet bracelet because I plan on having many of them (charms) before I am finished making things with this yummy yarn. Thank you for the quality product.

I love the colors, but am a little disappointed in how thin the yarn is... now the yarn won't work for the projects I had in mind.

I got 2 of the largest cakes and used 1 for a table covering, the other will be a jacket, getting 2 more in the smallest cakes for the sleeves.
I have to say I am in love with this company! This was my first purchase from them and the coustomer service was unbelievable! I love that I received Facebook messages asking if I had any questions and letting me know the status of my shipment at every step. I look forwad to buying alot of yarn from here. The yarn is beautiful and is a dream to crochet with!
