They legit scammers, they deceive you by making their pirices in US dollars. They I paid for my order on 22 June 2025, until now August they wont refund me. 40 $ gone just like that.

I ordered phone parts and adding express shipping 7-10 days option.
14 days later I emailed about a week later the reply was that they were closed for Chinese New Year. Ok. About 6-7 days later I emailed and asked for an update. 2 days later they tell me that it is ready to be shipped. So I asked for a refund. The next day they tell me it is shipped, the day after that they tell me they can't refund because it's been shipped. I escalated it with PayPal. They got back to me and said they had it intercepted and will refund me when it gets back to me. It ended up being a part refund.

I bought a back adhesive, a screen and a battery for my OnePlus8T.
First of, I have got to say I have been very well served by customer support, granted it was to buy more from them. But anyway, very friendly!
I was afraid the screen wouldn't be great as there isn't much garantee about the quality and inherent specification (120Hz, sRGB, display P3). But while I can't assure all is there as I don't have specific tools to verify it, to my naked eye, all seems fine! The fingerprint scanner seems to take longer and as soon as there is a tiny touch water doesn't work at all (which wasn't the case before), but it works, which is fine. The touch screen is less sensitive than before too, i can't use gloves anymore.
The battery lasts at least as long as how the original one was at the beginning.
Everything wasn't perfect, and that's why I gave it 4 stars. The battery was 1mm too long and I had a hard time putting the rigid cable in its slot. I had to push the battery a lot to fit it in. 1mm seems like alright, but it could very well haven't been.
The screen has sort of a coating on it that is spread on 3 vertical bands 1cm wide and one horizontal one. These bands aren't visible when the screen is on, but while off it can be seen under certain reflection angles (many). I tried to rub it with alcohol, but couldn't take it away. I suppose it's a process during manufacturing that made it. Doesn't seem to have consequences, but weird.
All in all, my phone works again, so thank you!

On February 19, I made and paid for an order with urgent delivery (7-10 days). As of today, March 6, my order is not even tracked by the logistics company. It is not known when I will receive the order and whether I will receive it at all.

Ordered a screen for my phone from them. Followed their instructions of testing out the screen without installing it. The screen had a red bar across it so I contacted support for an exchange. They blamed me and then fought me all the way to Paypal and lied to Paypal, which also sucks, so that they wouldn't have to support what they sell. Pretty sure this is a one man operation out of China so be warned, it is not a legitimate company.

I ordered a few items (order *******) for my phone two weeks ago, and the order is still in a "processed" status. Their support didn't respond to my emails. I just lost my money and I probably will don't receive any items.

Paid for product, CCard has been charged, no product update, confirmation of purchase or response to requests.

I placed an order with fastest shipping method, they charged me for items and 30$ for shipping, the shipment supposed to arrive within 3-7 days, they sent shipment after 1 month and then stuck at customs, after that they stopped responding to emails and didn't refund my money... they literally bunch of bandits located in China with no regulations or respect for customers... please avoid

I have ordered several items from this website. They have great pricing and a useful youtube page, so I assumed they were legit. But once you order and pay, you dont receive any order confirmation. No response to the support email. No other forms of contacting this company. Paid for delivery with DHL, but 7days and still no response or any feedback. On their site my order is only listed as processing.

I oder parts on my xperia xz 2 lcd worth 56.59 dollar. But stuck on Shipper has generated a shipment label, but the shipment has not yet been handed over to DHL. They dont have to respond my email $#*!!. I contact the courier but they said they don't received the item or pack the item sooo $#*!inggg scammm don't buy on this site already report to the NBI here in philippines iwan't to shoutdown that page!

Some time ago I ordered an "OEM battery" for my Oneplus 5t. But there were some problems:
1. The package took more than 3 months to arrive (but it was stated that delivery time will be no more than 30 days).
2. New battery is about 0.5 mm thicker than the original one. And it makes it impossible to install into a phone. I even couldn't connect the flex cable which should go above the battery.
3. And now, when I asked for refund (and attached clear photos of a problem), they say that "thickness of batteries may vary", "maybe you installed it wrong", etc. Also they tried to know IMEI number of my phone, which is unsafe to disclose.
Conclusion.
Avoid this site. It sells non-OEM products as OEM, shipping costs a lot and is very slow, and when there is something wrong with the items, you will never get a refund.

Order was not shipped even after 8 days from order date i. E 16 September.
I sent an email on 19 Sep 2020, to enquire shipment tracking information and On 21 SEP 2020, I received a email from witrigs that they don't have 2 items in thier stock. After waiting for few days I sent few mails to them asking about shipment status. After all I received a tracking link on 23 Sep 2020, 3:34 pm.
As I checked the link was fake, it shows no shipment tracking information.

Although I paid for DHL express shipping charge to witrigs. In total the shipment should have to arrive in 7 days max.

But even 8 days gone I only receive a fake tracking number.
I suggest everyone please don't buy anything from them.

I ordered a digitizer for a Sony Xperia. And because it I needed the part yesterday, I ordered express shipping 4-6 days.

When it never updated the order I made a freeze on the PayPal money I sent them. After I did that someone reached out to me, and they updated processing. They asked me if I still need it, and if so, please to unfreeze the funds, so they can send the digitizer.

Which I did, because I still need a digitizer. And it seamed like they where only ones with OEM available.

Ever since then no communication, no package. The tracking number I received doesn't work anywhere.

As of right now I waited 1,5 months on my DHL express delivery, that site is a total scam

My order had to be delivered in 3 - 7 business days (to Lithuania). This was the information from the Witrigs website. After placing an order in the end of April I still have no items. At the end of May I requested a refund by registering RMA and describing the reasons in detail, RMA is still in "Pending Approval". I doubt Witrigs are operational at all.

All I ever find trying to track my items (I have a tracking number) is that my items are circulating somewhere in China (for whatever reason):
2020-05-05 Items picked up from the sender (China);
2020-05-07 Items in the senders country distribution center (China);
2020-05-14 Items sent to the country of recipient;
2020-05-27 Items sent to the country of recipient (yes, once again!);
2020-06-08 Arrive at the destination processing center (China);
2020-06-09 Arrive at the destination processing center (China);
2020-06-15 Arrive at the destination processing center (China);

I would consider wrong address could be specified by Witrigs on purpose to have items returned. I would have never ordered knowing I will have to wait forever or if I will receive my items at all..
