Scam. Placed an order, it's been stuck at Chinese customs for a month, they shipped it from China despite implying and offering European shipping (which I selected) and now don't respond to emails. Complete and utter scam. Avoid.
I ordered a Charging Port flex replacement for HTC One M8 plus a tool kit it was shipped from china which took about 4 weeks received exactly what i ordered high quality parts plus their video on how to install the charging port was extremely helpful.
I ordered an "oem" lens cover for my LG G4. They have a video highlighting the differences between that version and the inferior "custom" version, which has a plastic lens and no metal screwhole reinforcements, and when I got the product, it was clearly the latter. I duly contacted them and explained the situation, and after a number of email exchanges with Chen, he insisted that I take a photo of it and send it to them, which I promptly did. Now they don't even respond to my emails. Consequently, I was forced to dispute their charge on my credit card, and now I have to shop for a more reputable source. I've already wasted more time on this than the product is worth, and I would advise anyone to stay away from this shady company.

Then I requested refund and sent it back to China (they gave me address).
After this they stopped replying to me and I never received refund.

A very good experience... kudos to the team! Even though there a delay at the first place but they did rectify it and send me the package within 30 days!. I hope you include more items so smartphone users can replace their precious phones. I also suggest to include details on how to fix the phone in the package... a pictorial representation may be! Very unreliable store selling copies as originals. They are untrustworthy; they don't post your product reviews if they are negative.

2. It was shipped and I got the tracking ID
3. Several weeks after I noticed that the parcel arrived (but I did not get it), then the sate was changed to problem with delivery
4. I reached witrigs support, nothing. Silence
5. I took a day-off and checked all local post offices, luckily the third in the list said that the item was shipped back as there was some issue with the address
6. I reached witrigs support with the question, what should I do now? Nothing, silence...
7. Overall I sent around 5-6 emails to witrings (including satisfaction questionnaire which was like a joke) but did not receive any answer
8. I wasted 30$, a couple hours of my time and still dont have spare part to fix my phone.
Folks, please stay away and use any other company.
Witrigs is a very good website, My Moto G5s Plus LCD screen is broken, I repaired my cell phone with his repair guide video! It works fine now!
Witrigs will take your money, send you a broken part, then after months of getting no response to your RMA requests will ask you to send it back to China at your expense in order to get a refund.
I had a horrible experience with Witrigs. Customer service was extremely slow with limited English skills. They sent me a dysfunctional screen replacement (DOA) and a damaged speaker cover. Then conveniently blamed everything on mishandling. I lost my money, not a single solution was offered. They might send the parts, but If there is an issue expect nothing from this company. I am shouting out to please perform your research before ordering.
The shipment took an ENTIRE month to get to me and once I got it, I realized that I ordered the wrong camera and asked for a refund. Its been an ENTIRE month and the company has yet to email me back and give me the refund. I have sent them 6 emails and they still won't give me a refund or contact me back. They are a fraud and once they send out the order, you might as well be dead to them. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
