Website was easy to navigate. Although the product I purchased was on back order, the delivery wasn't late and I got the product as expected.
Ordering and buying the item online was easy but aramex should not be used for your deliveries as it would be quicker to walk to u and pick it up yourself. As it was i only recieved the item after repeated phone calls to aramex and then going to their newcastle depot to pick it up myself

Fast postage after emailing. Disappointed it was sent lose in a packaged bag/ wasn't as padded to protect expensive gear. Was sent to post office and not left on door which is a huge bonus as this was $$ gear.
