Ordered a Frog City bike for my daughter on 28 Sept. Website said "next-day dispatch." Instead, I got an email saying it was out of stock and expected by 30 Sept. I said fine — even offered to switch to a colour they had in stock. No reply. Then came a string of delays: 7 Oct, 14 Oct, 22 Oct. Each time, I had to chase them. No updates, no accountability. I even warned them I'd be posting a public review. They didn't care. Their site misleads, their customer service ghosts you, and their delivery promises are fiction. Checked Trustpilot — turns out I'm not alone. If you're buying for a birthday, Christmas, or any special occasion, steer clear. This operation feels scammy and careless. Never again.
