After a week mattress does not feel like memory foam mattress and I'm sure it's a quality bed but I don't think it's gonna work out

So far, too firm, but website said to try for 30 days and give it a chance. I am doing that, so will let you know! I did see in reviews that I read that it does make a difference! If it doesn't soften up, I hope refunds are not a hassle as this is the softest 1 they make! Seems like a well made mattress, though
I did my research and thought that the WinkBed Plus was what I was looking for. Went to your site, followed the directions and the bed was ordered. The delivery was on time and the set up was not difficult.

I've only had the bed for eight days but the overall experience is; bed arrived promptly and was the one we ordered, not always a guarantee in this era! Everything else we ordered also arrived quickly and was exactly what we ordered. No problems so far. I like the bed very much, the wife is yet undecided. I will note that this bed is very different than our old tempurpedic bed, it may take her time to adjust whereas I have already done so!
The customer service is amazing! They have given customer service that goes above and beyond since the start of working with them. They helped me select my mattress. When it wasn't the best fit they made the exchange process not only easy, but the turnaround time was incredible. Top notch company with top notch customer service reps.

Easy all around. The delivery was smooth and it arriving in an easily movable box made it even easier. The platform bed was an easy assembling and it all came together to look sharp. Highly recommend the firmer mattress.

My only complaint was the deliver left the box in front of my garage door in the pouring rain with only a small piece of plastic over the box. Never rang bell. Two granddaughters came and lugged box into house. I was amazed after getting mattress onto bed and then opening vacuum seal with plastic cutter included it opened up to a Queen mattress. No odors or outgassing of any kind. Appears well made. The first night neither my husband or myself could get to sleep. 2nd night he slept the whole night and I only woke once. Love, love, love it.It is a Queen Firm.
