Ordered the bed. Suggested add-on was a mattress cover for $120 that "sleeps cool". Well it doesn't sleep cool and it feels like sleeping on plastic. This is such a shame because I spent nearly $2k for the combo. The mattress is great, but the company sells the cover as final sale. And now I know why. You can buy the same quality cover at Amazon for $20. This just leaves a bad taste in my mouth about this company.

Ordered soft bed and works for us as side and back sleepers. We are 180 and 220 and have slept well for the last 2 weeks, however this is still in the break-in period. Sleeps cool in South Florida.
Pretty great bed! I personally wish we would have gone a bit more firm as I'm a stomach sleeper but my wife is a side sleeper and b/c I'm such a great guy we decided to optimize more for her sleep style vs. me.
