Quick and easy! I am enjoying the bed so far - it's great.

Easy to order, mattress arrived sooner than expected. Appreciate the email updates and tracking info. Cal-king is large and heavy so needed two strong people to unwrap and settle into place. Mattress has slight odor but nothing that kept us awake. Very different from our previous bed but had a good first night with less tossing and turning.

The mattress is incredible. It's been years since I've used a mattress on which I didn't toss and turn all night. My sleep has improved dramatically in only a few short days of the trial.

Purchased a King size wink bed. Really researched several mattresses for a long time before purchasing. I read many positive reviews and determined that the wink bed was my top choice b/c of it's reputation for helping those with back pain and also for it's reputation of having strong edge support. I've slept on it for 3 weeks now... And it's not as comfortable as I was hoping. First off, this bed is HOT. My previous mattress wasn't nearly as hot to sleep in, but I have been kicking off the covers routinely at night b/c of how overheated I get in this mattress. Secondly, the back support has not been as great as I had expected. Still waking up with a sore, stiff back in the morning after 3 weeks now. One good thing though, is that I have found the mattress to have strong edge support, so if you're sitting at the side of the bed, it doesn't feel like you're about to slide off at any moment.

So far my husband is happy with it but it is to hard for me and I haven't been able to sleep well at all. I was hoping it would help with my thigh and lower back pain but it didn't

I was provided a delivery that was the expected date. It was never updated over the course of three days so I assumed it was the correct date, so I took the day off to be there for delivery. We had been having daily summer rain storms and I didnt want my new bed to get wet. I stated I wanted to cancel the order and just like that it ships—-literally 15 mins after they tell me how the beds are made to order and mine is not finished yet—I get a confirmation from UPS. Bed finally showed up five days later. Their customer service responses seemed to be bots and not real people.

Fast and easy. Got it in time to enjoy our new home.

Delivered a little later then I wanted, but overall experience was great. They Wink follows up on all enquiries.

The online experience was very easy, and Wink provided great communication on the delivery of the mattresses.
