I haven't set up my bed yet because I have to carry it up some stairs and it weighs over 100 pounds. When I initially thought about Winkbed, I thought there would be set up and the removal of my old mattress. I'm sure I'll love it once its' set up.

Excellent customer service. I contacted them due to back problems I was having with the softer mattress that I purchased. I chose the softer mattress originally as I am a side sleeper, but it was not firm enough for my back. A few hours later my order for an exchange was processed and I was anxiously awaiting delivery. Hoping this one works out well.
