I was concerned after I placed my order because I saw some bad reviews. I saw a few really bad reviews on BBB's website. I called the company and a few hours later a lady returned my call. She was very diplomatic but mentioned that most of the problems are the shipper. The company got my order out that day and I tracked it through the week. FedEx had tons of delays but it had nothing to do with this company. I will definitely be ordering from them again and I will be leaving reviews up everywhere because I think they have gotten a really bad rap due to shipping companies and the policies of certain states, it is not their fault, they are a great company, you should do business with them and you should leave a review to help them out with all the negative reviews they've gotten due to things that are not within their control.
