They canceled my order a week before prom and had me on hold for two hours when I called them. Just to tell me that the $180 dollars would be returned in 10 days and I just needed to buy it again. THEN THE DRESS WAS SOLD OUT, and tbh everyone involved can GO TO HELL

I ordered 3 formal dresses to choose from for an event. I needed them to come faster so I paid $10 for 1-5 day delivery. Well, with Covid delivery times, I never got the dresses in time. I got one email that said they shipped and that I would be updated about delivery time. I never received any updates and I got the package after my event, about 2 weeks after ship date. Fine, not their fault, but now I want to return 2 dresses. The return window for formal dresses is 14 days. So the return window expired before I even got the dresses. I tried calling twice on my work breaks but did not have enough time to stay on hold for a representative. Next I emailed and received a message with a link for returns. Which will tell me the same thing, that my items are ineligible for return. Thanks for nothing Windsor.

I bought a dress on APRIL 22 and as of right now it's May 2 and still haven't gotten my order. They don't pick up calls nor send emails back not only that but I payed a 5 dollars shipping fee and it's the fact their based in CALIFORNIA it's horrible it shouldn't be taking that long to ship a dress out. Please don't buy online it's not worth your time or money.

Senior prom dress

I went to the store and the company didn't have my size in store, but they had it online. They ordered it for us and they dress was supposed to be black and GREEN (I've been wanting a green dress for 2 years) however when it came in it was just black! I got a hold of the company after calling them the 2nd time and they had told me to many people had ordered the green dress so they sent out a black ones instead. WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW! My prom is 5/1 and I received the dress 4/29

Since their unsubscribe button just takes you shopping, I called to speak with a human. After 17 minutes of hold music, the human told me it would take 30 days for the unsubscribe to go through. What a load of crappola.

I seen very negative reviews after I purchased my dress and I was worried that it wasn't going to come in on time and it came early I ordered it April 5th and it arrived April 9th I also picked 9 day shipping so that's what made me worried but the dress is beautiful and good material!

Ordered on March 18 said order was shipped from LA on the 22 no tracking available call company a number of times told me they couldn't track it either Then finally got an email and a text saying it would be delivered on Saturday the 3rd of April 2021. And still nothing. When I went back to track again it says no tracking available. Total nonsense will not ever order from them again

I ordered a dress here and realized shortly after that unfortunately it was the wrong size. Honest mistake on my part, so I tried to change the order. I have not heard anything from Windsor, so I tried to cancel it. I received an automatic email that said I can't cancel my order after it has been "submitted." By submitted, I think they mean ordered in general. My order has not even been processed yet, I checked on the website. I thought there would be no issue with canceling it but I am poorly mistaken. What's worse is that now, even if I get the dress and have to return it, that's $13 in shipping (including the return shipping) that I will not get back. The dress I ordered was $35, so that's more than 1/3 of the cost of the dress! Not worth it. I'm so upset about this and will NEVER make the mistake of shopping at Windsor ever again. I saw the bad reviews and thought I'd be lucky but boy am I kicking myself now. I'm so upset I have filed a complaint through PayPal and am hoping to get a full refund since they don't allow order cancellations.

Also, there are typos in all the emails I have had with them. This is overall just a very unprofessional company. I advise you all to save yourself from stress and keep some money and do NOT buy from Windsor. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I just left this store in Willowbrook Mall after spending an hour on the line for a dressing room. I am 63 and my daughter needed a bigger size. The attendant said we had to wait on the line again because it wasn't fair to the people behind us. I get it but really she couldn't accommodate the five minutes it would take to have her try the bigger size of the same dress she needed? If this is the policy where is it written because I just wasted 2 hours and had to leave without the dress. On top of it the attendant was hauty in her demeanor towards me. Will never go back there again.

Exchange is horrible... Try returning 3 pair of jeans, well I was 1 day over the period and I was ok with store credit. Well they can even give you store credit! Really I just wanted a bigger size. Never will I buy from this store again.

Do not order online

After having returned part of my order 3 weeks ago; I am still waiting for my money! I wrote several mails and only got automatic response. Calling is almost impossible, usually you only get an answering machine. Today now, finally, I reached someone only to hear that my refund is in the process and will arrive shortly... Never again!

Horrible customer service. Phones don't work, email came back that it was not a monitored email. I have been trying to cancel and order before it shipped. I was unsuccessful. I also paid $23.95 for 1-2 day shipping. The item shipped Monday and is expected Friday. I will never order from Windsor again

Most of my dresses are from this store, and it's easy returns just read the policy. I've been shopping at Windsor for more than 4 years and never had a problem with customer service.

Windsor at arbor place mall the associates are rude. They don't offer any help upon entering the store nor do they even say hello. The customer service makes you want to leave and never come back. If you ask a question it's as if you are bothering them. The only thing that keeps the store afloat is there clothes. Windsor should just keep an online store. The storefront stores are unacceptable.

Loved the dress!

So i ordered this dress and picked express shipping (1-2 days) and was nervous it wasn't going to come on time! I read all these bad reviews that said they take forever to ship and i hadn't gotten a tracking link emailed to me. I went to the purchase email and realized the link to track it was in that email. Lol my bad! But it came in 3 days so that's why i took off a star. But i did love the dress! If fit true to size and i am obsessed with it! I will definitely wear it all the time! I will also shop here again for sure!

Extremely rude staff

I accidentally spilt my drink in the store, and I was so embarrassed by it. To add insult to injury, one of the girls hands me a roll of paper towels and a janitors mop bucket and walked away to watch me from a distance, while another girl steamed clothes right next to where I was, and both watched me for the entire 5 minutes it took to clean. Nobody bothered to help, and the entire experience was completely humiliating. I was going to buy the jacket I had just tried on but instead just walked out of the store.
