I would give 0 stars. First time I shopped there was last weekend for a dress for my daughters dance. Everyone that worked there was rude and not helpful. Didnt know for sure about the dress we were buying and was told we could exchange it. My daughter decided not to wear it so I brought it back and the manager told me no returns or exchanges on special occasions dresses. No one told me that when I bought the dress and I told the manager that. She was very sarcastic to me saying see it's on the receipt. I said I should have been told that before buying the dress. So I'm stuck with a $100 dress. This is at Opry Mills mall. I will never shop there again. Horrible service!
We had an awesome customer service experience in Appleton today. We have always used the Madison - West Towne Mall store in the past. The Appleton store customer service was stellar and they kept helping us find the items we needed. In Madison, we have seen utter chaos ensue during formal occasion dress shopping and even though Appleton was crazy busy - the staff was constantly cleaning up and helping us find what we needed. It was a great experience!
I went to the cashier/staff from the store. It seem like she was having a good conversation with her coworker. Meanwhile I'm trying to fit a dress. I ask her to open the door she went to the back and said there was a room they don't open which was room6 and the other one they have storage room7 and then She left. Another customer went to get her. To open room1 which was empty this whole. She had us waiting for almost 20 mins when there was a room available this whole time. And to top it off she place a sign that said fitting room close at 630 only having a few mins to try a couple of dress first time at this store and it already left a bad experience
Went shopping here at Christmas time every store in the mall was open on time except this one. Clothes were all over the floor and store was messy. Never the less we waited around now I'm stuck with pants that I can't use because of the stupid holiday return policy which is different from usual return policy,. If you purchase items between Nov. 21 thru Dec. 24 you have to return no later than January 7th... like what? Count your f'ckn days Winsor! Never again! Don't shop here it's not worth the trouble!
Bought a dress for my sorority formal at one of their stores and it was pretty enough but i didn't end up going to formal so i returned it. The store i got it from was about 45 min away and my friend said they had a 30 day return policy so i got around to making the drive and returning it after about 20 days. Turns out the return policy is only 14 days (which is fine. That was a mistake on my part) so i only got store credit in return. My only complaint for the actual in person store is that it's kind of disorganized and the staff was definitely not the kindest/ most efficient workers i've ever seen. Anyway, i decided i would use the store credit to order a couple things online. I got a pair of sweatpants and a corset top/shirt. The gift card covered the cost of the items but i had to pay for shipping. Well, it said my package would be here at a reasonable date (the 4th of january i think) but didn't get here until january 11th. Normally i wouldn't complain about that but i tracked my package just to check in multiple times and it would say it hadn't moved for DAYS. My package finally comes and i look at and try on my items. They are VERY low quality and the top was the wrong size. I ordered a medium and got a package that said small and a tag that said x-small. So yes you could say i am very dissatisfied with windsor and would not recommend anyone shops from there. In person or online. Oh also i was in touch with their online customer service while waiting patiently for my package to come…it's an automatic computer generated response that is entirely unhelpful. 0/10
I would have preferred to given this company no stars. But a word of warning to anyone buying from this company outside the USA, although they say you can return items, they make it very expensive and difficult to do so. Plus you will be hit with taxes. The customer services team are useless and will pass you from pillar to post, 25 emails later and we have got no where, total thieves, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered some clothes for my birthday and a dress for NYE along with some Christmas gifts on 12/15/21. My stuff was shipped on the 16th, and it's been sitting in LA since the 17th. Today is 12/28. I have never ever had this problem with any company ever. I called customer service, and she said it would get here today or tomorrow supposedly. I will call and try to get a refund if I don't receive my order tomorrow.
I bought a shirt as a Christmas gift for my friend on 12/6/21. Upon my friend receiving her gift, I came to realize the thin strap on the shirt was tearing at the seam. I returned to the store on 12/26/21 in attempts to exchange for a shirt that was not damaged. Their receipts state you can exchange items up to 30 days after purchase. The clerk stated she would not be able to exchange the item because their policy is "14 days" I again advised the receipt states "30 days for exchange" she became flustered and got her manager. The manager comes over and says "no exchange. We clearly post signs that say you can only exchange during holiday dates" Well the holiday dates stated between the end of November to the day before Christmas. I believe I bought the shirt 12/6/21 so I do not see know that is not clicking with the manager.
The manager also stated it is a "red flag" that I am trying to return something damaged so late after purchase. Well I believe it is a red flag for employees/managers to walk around smelling like 305 cigarettes and being inattentive to customers. But any who.
Needless to say I did not get my exchange. Can someone explain why it would say 30 days on the receipt if they do not honor that.
I ordered dresses I wanted to wear for a christmas party. Over a week later and they still hadn't shipped out. Took 2 days to respond by email, so I just called customer service. The order never got to the shipping team and they no longer had the items in stock by the time they were made aware of the issue. Upset and frustrated.
Worst customer service, they do NOT help you with any of your problems, they are the worst. I spoke with the general manager, and she was rude and didn't help me.
I placed an order and several days later was alerted that my email was cancelled because they were out of stock. So I reordered the same shirt in a different size and when I reached out to customer service to ask if I could have the price matched from my original order, they were clueless and unhelpful.
I live in Japan, ordered a dress and a pair of high heels on Oct 27 but my order never came. The delivery tracking is also never updated. There's no customer service operator, it's all automated reply which makes it very difficult to reach and get any problems solved. Don't buy from them.
My daughter bought a dress, tried to return it a few days later, they said nope! Seasonal item. She didn't understand because were still in the same season, only 3 days later, it was not clearance, we paid full price. Mia at short pump is RUDE, passive aggressive, sucks her teeth. I hope this store goes out of business and quickly!

Looked nothing like the photo, thin quality, completely different dress than what I ordered and I cannot return it or exchange it.
This store has the ABSOLUTE WORST & RUDEST employee I've ever dealt with. Opens the store whenever she wants, although she sees customers waiting, (mall opens at 10, she finally opened at 1pm on a Wednesday) talking on the phone whole time once I finally got let in the store. Certainly did not want to ask for help and interrupt her complaining about customers. She lost 3 customers that day, who were there waiting as well. Will not go back until she is replaced. What a disappointment for a store that sells cute stuff. Do better Windsor.
After all the years of buying clothes from this company and then I call over and over to speak to someone about my order and no one answers finally 48 hrs later and email not helping me resolve my issue. Will NEVER buy again from this company! Save yourself the hassle …
I ordered home coming dresses a month ago and still I don't get my shipment. I am calling to Customer service from 10 days and nobody is receiving the call. No respond from customer chat or email. Don't know is it real or scammer. Never pick dresses from Windsor store or online. Worst online buying experience ever.
I was supposed to get my dress October 8. It's the 11 and I still have yet to get it. Whatever that's fine but when I try to call them I'm put on hold every time over 30 mins. I never got to speak to an agent after calling over ten times. I called fedex and they told me to reach out to Windsor so that's what I've been trying to do. I'm very upset!
Answer: This is the second time this happen to me. Second time that i order online and did not get my package.
Answer: Their shipping is slow. You can return but return shipping is not free for evening gowns (evening gowns cannot be returned to stores so they must be shipped back).
