They charge you and start sending you activation keys that won´t work. Then they even stop answering emails and you never hear from them again. I don´t understand (believe) all the positive reviews. Waste of time and money. Look elsewhere.
Still no response from WinCDKey. Activation issues continue on Office 2021 (~60 devices) and Office 2024 (~10 devices). Proof of purchase already shared. Waiting for a proper fix or refund.

I am very disappointed from the site
I am very disappointed from the site. It's been that several of the keys I've bought did not work, And it was impossible to reach support in timely manner, And I needed to buy keys somewhere else. Even today I bought a windows 11 pro key that did not work and I can't even OPEN A TICKET on their site.
STAY AWAY!
Bought an Office 2024 license (3PC, Online activation), but it didn't activate (activation limit already reached). I am not interested in activating by phone. If I was, I would have bought one of those. I buy a lot of these, as I do technical support for clients, friends and family. Rather buy from Software-Codes
Extremely Disappointed – Stay Away!
I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so frustrating and disappointing that I feel the need to warn others.
I purchased Office key from this website. Everything seemed fine at first—the key worked for one day, and I thought everything was in order. However, the very next day, the software stopped working entirely, and I was told the key was invalid.
To make matters worse, I discovered that an additional €200 had been withdrawn from my account without any authorization. I did not make any further purchases or give permission for this, yet they charged me anyway. This is completely unacceptable and feels like fraud.
As if that wasn't enough, when I tried to reach out for help or an explanation, I found that I had been blocked from accessing their website altogether. I couldn't log in to my account, view my purchase history, or contact support. It's like they took my money and then disappeared.
This entire experience has left me feeling completely scammed. I trusted this site with my payment information and got nothing but stress, loss, and disappointment in return.
Avoid this site at all costs. If something seems too good to be true, it probably is. I'm now in the process of contacting my bank and reporting the incident. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Icenses are cheap but that doesn't mean they don't have to be valid. I paid 3 times more on another site but at least the license works.
The purchased key is already used, it's seem that i've to contact the support center but i've no time to stay after these things
I purchased a product key that didn't work. I requested assistance from customer service. They were slow to respond, and when they did, they asked for the same information in a different format (chat). After getting nowhere, they then accused me of a being a scammer. Very unprofessional, have them flagged to not use in the future.
I paid for office 2021 but have not received the key, I opened 2 tickets but no reply, they should have the decency to at least answer
Made the payment for software that did not work.
Only received an acknowledgment from them for payment and sr no. Activation was to be done with Microsoft over the phone. When Microsoft was contacted they said that the software is not from a genuine source. Sent emails & messages to wincdkey.com, but did not receive a single reply.
On their website, they claim that they respond within 4-6 hrs, something that is not true. Beware of wincdkey.com.
As always, my purchase (Windows 10 Pro) from wincdkey worked just as it should. From the download to the license key, everything went smoothly. I also really appreciate how this answered my questions so quickly. I will definitely do business with them again.
