I was offer 10 bonus free play money for new player I play and hit the jackpot pot won 843 trying ti cash out contact customers service and they said in order to cash out winning I need tk become vip member and to become member vip I have to make a deposit to cash out which ok I can agree so I deposit make a deposit they have this p promotion on their site advertising nig bold sign with pop up sticker every corner for first time deposit they give 270% of the deposit amount for new player I made 20 deposit and I only got 24 I contact customers service asking about the 270 % promotion they tell me their no such a thing so I took screen shot of proof of deposit plus the promotion deal on their platform. Win777 they said their no such a deal ok so I ask them for i made depsoit now can I cash out my win they said I need to gi redemption page and look at play through they no redemption page before I made deposit u can still see win balance and with draw button green as soon as made deposit the 845 I win hit jack pot turn into play money not only that it keep separate from your depsoit money which j can understand so I play lost my 20 I depsoit now I lost 845 from ny previous winning so they are shady and scanless dont trust
Won 600 said I can only have 400 but 100 a day. That's kind of stupid. Ended up playing with some of the money I won bc it was taking so long to get.

Each time I ask they ask me to repeat my issue as if a ticket was not already created and as if they are new to my issue...if anyone wants to join in a class action lawsuit let's do it... Overwhelming legal muscle is the only thing these sites understand...the good reviews are paid reviews or reviews by there very own employees... Trash definitely don't recommend they changed the free daily bonus wheel to were you have to make a deposit every ten days so not free anymore and there new and there aviator game also trash pays low when you bet airplane goes before 2xand when you're not betteingr goes 40x plus

They will give you every excuse under the sun not to payout winnings or bonuses. They will cite policies not stated or posted on promo ads or anywhere on the website.
