I've bought several phone cases from willow of London and always been delighted but this time they sent me the wrong colour and they didn't answer my emails for several days so because I made a fuss they said they don't want me as a customer any more! So their loss I found nicer and cheaper on Etsy!
I have ordered a couple of phone cases from Willows before and was very happy with the service. However, I ordered a case on the 21st May and was advised in June that it was no longer available so I chose another case and they promised to send it out to me. There is no phone number to call and they do not respond to my emails - have not received either a case or a refund - thought they were a good company but completely changed my mind now.
