Best customer service I have ever seen on any site I've purchased items from.
Delivery time acceptable since needed to obtain from another warehouse. Order placed based on in stock though. No problem on a few extra days. Price paid in the middle of available sources. I will consider Wild West again since follow up was prompt and courteous.

I was not sure which one this survey was asking about. Next time the name of the product is omitted, I will not take your survey.

Best price for this product that I found. Mark was so exceptionally helpful. My pool had been retiled and I wanted to change out my old pop up jets for the new version that sits flush against the pool's bottom, not to mention I need to get the pool refilled as quickly as possible. Whenever I had a question, Mark responded immediately.
