The worse wig ever, the wig they sent looks nothing like the wig I ordered, terrible customer service and heads up they expect you to pay freight and shipping fees to China to return your item. There return policy and shipping time they have on there website is a lie! I ordered high pony tail wig, and got this Don't do it!
This company wigway (aka) adelaidewig is a big scam. First they do not send you what you see in the pictures and they are not human hair wigs. Then they do not want to give you a refund and will not provide a prepaid return shipping label. Their wigs are horrible
Should have read reviews first. Fake synthetic afro sent instead of shoulder length wavy hair after 3 months of waiting doubt I will receive a response... maybe the people getting paid through donations like the #cancercouncil should assist patients find a wig company so we don't get scammed by people like this.
Not human hair, it took ages to get it and when it finally arrived it looked nothing like the picture.
Be aware, this company is conmen and women. I paid 183 dollars... what crap I got for that amount of money.

I have 3 of these wigs, I get so many compliments. My best friends does not suspect it is a wig. Beautiful wig.
I ordered 3 " 100% human hair, hand tied, monofilament wigs, totalling $992. What I got was nasty, cos play, cheap $5 Halloween wigs. They made it so difficult and tried to get me to send another $500 so they can go through a different wig company. After I told them point blank I wanted a refund they suggested I sell them to someone else. They then offerd a $50 refund. I then went to PayPal and explained what had happened. Wigway freaked out and offered me $100, then $300, then $600 refund. I flat out said no, so PayPal are refunding my whole $992 and wigway are getting their hideous barbie hair back. For those of you who have been scammed please get your money back through PayPal. Wigway are a scam and disgrace. The wig smells like acetone. I hope their factory accidentally burns down.

I have now ordered 2 of this wig, since I wear it almost every day. It is lightweight and natural-looking, although a little small on my head. The light brown color is very flattering!
I can wear this wig in different ways and it looks like my natural hair. It is comfortable and easy to wear.
I ordered a wig for my mother who is undergoing radiation and chemotherapy. Losing her hair was already a great stress therefore she needed a wig asap. The website had said it would take 12 days to make and after shipping 2-4 days to arrive as it said it was express' shipping. We ordered the wig on the 15/4/20 and on 21/4/20 i received an email saying it was shipped. It is 27/5/20 and it is still not here. I am very disappointed in their service as i emailed them on 14/5/20 and they said a few days. A month for their shipping, don't listen to the website. Please don't order from them.
Do not use this vendor. Paid 360$ and never received the product.

I bought a short wig advertised as human hair. When it arrived I found a synthetic wig proven by taking it to my hairdresser who tried to put some highlights and the colour did not take. It also arrived in a colour not the same as I ordered (hence wanting to put highlights in it to match the photo of the one I thought I was buying!)
It also came 3 weeks later than advised and so far I haven't had an answer from them regarding the synthetic wig which I emailed 3 days ago. Very not happy.
Terrable service, sent me a pic of wig for $138 then i got a terrable wig thats nothing like the picture. I asked for my money back but they refused, they are scammers. SCAMMERS, STAY AWAY FROM WIGWAY.COM
This is an all around great wig. It's comfortable and it looks so natural. I would recommend this wig to everyone.
I bought this wig for my birthday vacation and it was a hit. It made my outfits say HELLO I HERE. EVERYONE WAS LOOKING AT ME. I felt great. I'm ordering another on different color.

Could buy the wig off ebay for under 10.00.
Sent it after order was cancelled (not even the right one) and accidentally signed for it as i was expecting another package from a different company..
