I love this style. The cap is perfeect size. Average caps seem a little big but i purchased the new silk band to wear underneath the wig perfect fit and comfort. Color is what you see online. Hair feels natural and soft. Shapes up nicely.
I get so many compliments! When I tell people it's a wig they can't believe it. I just feel so confident when I put it on. I really like this wig so much, I will definitely buy it back.

They are a actual joke.
My wig arrived completely deformed and nothing like the picture and when I contacted them for a refund they made excuses after excuses telling me to take it to a hairdresser to get it fixed. Terrible grammar and not professional at all. I'm not sure it's a real company and I will find out.
I will take this further this cannot happen especially since a lot of people purchasing wigs are suffering terrible illnesses this is the last thing I or any of us need.
I can't believe it is still functioning as a business.
Beautiful rooted color looks completely natural... easy to wear, right out of the box. A really nice piece that I can highly recommend.
Colour of wig received for my mum is much lighter as on website and this company is not open to any return or refund. Would recommend to buy elsewhere

I received my wig today, it is so comfortable and light and airy,, feels awesome on my head,,, like having nothing on your head,,, does not scratch,,, and so easy to work with,,,, spike it up,,, Im gonna purchase another one in the same color soon,, to have for a spare. I recently bought a wig from here and the color that I got when shipped did not fit the ash color that was picked #18. The color was like a strawberry blonde. Anyway, I left a few e mails and pics. Of the wig color. I got an answer back that I could not return the wig because it was a custom wig. I know for a fact that there was nothing said that this wig could not be returned and I read that you can return the wig if you are dissatisfied. In fact I was told that I would look good with that color and should use the wig as an alternative wig. That is very rude on their part and I feel that I should get the money back. This wig was not a cheap wig and cost me a lot. I dealt with other wig companies and they gladly took it back with no problem. I do not recommend your company to anyone looking for a wig. They are not a caring company for their customers.

I ordered this wig. The color is gorgeous and matches my thin bio perfectly. It can easily be worn right out of the box or spritz a little water and use a bit of product to make the style your own. It's a fun wig.
This is my favorite wig. I would definitely order this wig again. I had ordered two of the same wigs in different colors and kept the one I liked best. The return process was so easy. This company is a pleasure to deal with.
These wigs are well made. They look most organic and most of them are perfect fit to the head as prescribed. I never had to do any adjustments so far after I bought any wig. They fitted perfectly. I am thoroughly pleased.

The wig looks so natural - no one would guess it isn't my own hair. My hair used to look like this when I was young but I lost a lot of it over the years through medication. Now I have it back. Was also so easy to put on and quickly style myself. I would highly recommend to others - it took me a while to find a wig that looks so good - so glad I found out about it now. Thank you.

These people are the most dishonest Company. They had a wig advertised which I purchased. After paying, I wAs advised the wig would take 15-20 days to make + delivery. When I tried to cancel this order because of the time frame, I was immediately emailed that it had already been posted! The wig duly arrived, was totally a different style and colour I. Ordered. You cannot return the wig, as there is no address to return it! I have been nothinfg but harrased by email with further dodgy deals, requiring me to pay more money upfront, on the pretext of many stories, I reported this to the FTC /govt. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD YOU READ ON THE WEBSITE! THIS IS THE MOST ELABORATE SCAM OF ALL TIME. No business ethics or professionalism. Photo 1 wig sent. Photo 2 ordered
It took over one month for the product to arrive and that was after I spoke to the courier company, shipping company and Wigway as for an unknown reason, it could not be delivered. In speaking to the Wigway customer service, they failed to understand very simple words the first time I mentioned them.
I found out my package was being sent back to China unless they gave the shipping company permission to resent it back to me. Despite how clear I was and presenting the whole story, I was told to contact the courier again. It felt as if they didn't listen and nor were they apologetic.
This is a company that develops wigs for those with cancer. It is an emotional time and I expect some empathy and understanding when I clarify that I am disappointed. It is even more concerning when they stated that my package "may arrive in my city". The word "may". It is their job to ensure that it is and provide updates with the tracking number which were not accurate as well.
As for the package, the quality is cheap. Poor and the stitching on the headband for the capless base has already undone itself. How is it meant to be worn properly if the part that ensures it will remain on your head is already broken? It is a poor product. It is a poor company.
DO NOT ORDER. STAY AWAY.
I have issues with self esteem so I thought id buy a wig from this company, they promised top quality real human hair and i got dooped big time.
Not only was it so nasty and synthetic but was wrong colour, the front part was only few inches long, and it had a major chunk of hair sewn in the wrong direction in the front... colour wasn't true black either. I tried for ages to return it but I kept getting put through to Asian suppliers and given the run around... even got emails in full Chinese...
DONT BUY HERE... FAKE HAIR. RUDE SERVICE.
This site is using pictures from other sites. Don't buy from them they are a fake site. Look up these addresses from Facebook before you buy anything. Facebook doesn't check to see if they are the real thing or not. So do your homework. I will never trust anything sold on Facebook again.
