I PURCHASED A WIG FROM WIGSWAY AND WHEN IT ARRIVED, OMG, NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING. THEY SAID 100% HUMAN HAIR BUT HIS WAS DEFINITELY SYNTHETIC. I EMAILED ASKING TO RETURN AND GET A REFUND BUT THIS WAS AN EXCRUCIATING EXPERIENCE FOR ME. THEY REFUSED TO SUUPLY RETURN ADDRESS AND INSISTED THAT I KEEP THE WIG. I REFUSED AND THEN THEY OFFERED A £20 REFUND WHICH I STILL DECLINED. THEY THEN CHOSE TO IGNORE MY EMAILS AND I GOT IN TOUCH WITH PAYPAL WHO DEALT WITH MY COMPLAINT EFFICIENTLY AND PROMPTLY. WITHIN 48 HOURS I HAD A SATISFACTORY RESPONSE FROM PAYPAL AND I GOT MY FULL REFUND THROUGH PAYPAL. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE STOPPED FROM OPERATING AS THEY ARE A SCAM. PLEASE, PLEASE, NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Scam, fraudelent, rude... I ordered two short wigs, ( currently having chemo). Dreadful service prior to receiving them.
One was so huge you could fit two heads in, ( slight exaggeration). I was told to sew it up! Even with tapes adjusted at maximum, the front covered my ears and was also bunched up at the back, very uncomfortable.
The second was so badly made, with chunks of hair at different lengths, impossible to style. It looked like a prop from Planet of the Apes!
Needless to say the emails are going back and forth, with no satisfaction and increasing frustration. Have now emailed Paypal.
Please everyone save yourself a whole lot of misery, look here first. This is the second time I have been scammed by on line businesses, I will look here first in future

I don't normally write reviews but I have to warn everyone about this site, i ordered two wigs from these (Chinese people) it was my first ever wig as I have been told I have alopecia which was terrible. Any way I was so looking forward to the wigs arriving, one came on 16 feb this year and I took it from the box and was horrified, it looks like nothing I have ever seen, i ordered a short curly wig and there is not a curl in it and looks like the rats have chewed it. IT doesn't even look finished. I would not wear it if it was free it cost £115.00 and and it looks of course nothing like the lovely picture. I took pictures that minute and emailed them. Now its 28 feb and I had to get pa\ypal involved to get my money back I am still waiting for refund and have cancelled the other but have not had that refund either. Ongoing. Just had message from Paypal who have said I will get refund But to send it back to china at my cost which could be £25.00.Do not use this site it needs to be stopped. People are being ripped off. Hi again, JUst received my refund for both wigs but only because paypal got it for me. Paypal was great, thank god I used paypal, they have been brilliant got all money back... Be wary. Ps everyone. There is a great wig co called Natural Image, you can order the Wigs and they are all lovely, i have bought two from them and returned a few with no Problems at all, they have lots of clearance wigs at very good prices. I also bought a lovely Wig from QVC and you get refund with no problems for any returns.

This is a gorgeous wig had a lot of compliments; great color and not to long. Really looks natural. I found this wig to have issues with the following, it maybe only me but I have purchased 4 so far and its pretty consistent; size (avg.) larger than other average size, and the cap front by ear way too bulky really needs to be reduced makes the sides stick out-use hair pins to keep them down which can be uncomfortable sometimes. Purchased 4 and will buy again.

I PAYED BUY PAYPAL THEY ARE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY NOW I PAYED FOR 2 WIGS GOT ONLY ONE AND YOU WILL NOT GET THE ONE YOU HAVE CHOSEN BECAUSE THE PICTURES ON THIS SITE ARE FROM OTHER WIG COMPANYS PLEASE BE WARNED.

This is the second time to buy wig from wigsway. The first time I am so satisfied, the color and style are the same as the picture. And I like it very much. So I buy again, but this time I am a little disappointed. The color is not I expect. So I contact the custom service and tell them my situation. They are so kind, they accept my return requirement. Now for a long time they receive my return wig and refund me full money. I think I will buy again from wigsway.

I bought wigs from wigsway. And I got a very nice wig the fit is great and I can style it in many styles without any product other than a light mist of spray in the front. I have a small head so I am not sure most of the time if the wigs I order will fit well but I have a way of working it out. The wig could have a little more hair on top I like my hair to have a lush look but this worked for me also. I did have to trim the bang slightly in fact I feathered them a bit they look great. I got the color silver stone it is just a beautiful color.

BE WARNED! This company is NOT a uk company despite it's. co.uk name. They are based in China and their products are not of good quality. I ordered a wig, thinking I was ordering from uk company. They state that SOME of their wigs are custom made but when you place your order ther is no mention of whether the product is in stock or will have to be custom made. The wig took 3 weeks to come - too late for me - and when it arrived it was not the right style. The company bounce emails back and forth quibbling about returns, offering partial refunds and other tactics but never to just accept a return and give a refund. If you want a nice wig do not order from these people.

This was my first time purchasing a wig online, and I have to say, I was really nervous about it at first. I have a pixie cut that I adore, but some days I wish I had long hair, so I decided to take a chance with this one.
With how low the price is, I wasn't expecting much. I figured it would be hit or miss- either the quality would either be great, or awful. Fortunately, it turned out to be great! It looks like real hair, and the color was true to the picture. It tangles a bit easily, but with some simple care, you should be able to manage it with ease.
