I've been working with Kyle and Why Unified for the last year. Their marketing strategies helped me to compete with corporate dentistry. In comparison to other firms, they are transparent with respect to the steps that they take to enhance the ability of a website and we are not left in the cold wondering what is going on not to mention their low monthly payments for a variety of digital services that we can start and stop on tap.
The service has been good until this point... I am on a month to month agreement and certain things in my plan recently changed which removed phone support from the features we have and we have to upgrade to have phone support again or sign an agreement for a few months so our plan features don't change. This is not cool. Now I can only talk to my account manager over email.

Why Unified did a great job with creating an exceptional website. The process is smooth and simple. It took about one month to have everything up and running as it's supposed to be. Much better cost effective option that going to another agency and spending thousands!

I used them to manage my social media marketing for the last six months and I would rate them as good/okay.
One of the reasons I can't rate them as excellent is because I did have to pay for phone support in order to talk to someone which might have speed things up for me.
Otherwise, their social media marketing is top notch. They created an exceptionally stunning grid for our social media post which truley reflected who we are. The posts that they created had a lot of thought and planning put into it.
It took some time for followers to start finding our page. We opted out of not doing ads beause we did not have the money to spend. So over the last 6 months we gained about 2,800 real followers and about 15% of them turned into customers which worked out well.
Other than the phone support, this company is great and it is worth the money I spent over the last six months.

They created our email marketing funnel and I'm surprised with the quality of work as it has surpassed our expectations.
It did take some time to create all of the emails with some back and forth after we signed off on the plan, but it was all accomplished in less than a month. So there is room for improvement there.
I would recommend them for cost effective and innovative email marketing. Great job.

SEO is doing great for us since WHY UNIFIED took over. We spent more than six months with the last agency and found out through WHY UNIFIED that they were taking us for a ride and that not much work was done. WHY UNIFIED provided us with reports before they began the work and after so that we can see exactly what they did and the results started coming through just about two months later.

I am really happy to have found this company. I signed up with them a month ago and I was really skeptical about their pricing but they have really blown me away. They re-created my website and we pay a low monthly fee to have it managed and they always find ways to improve it. I switched from a freelancer and I so happy that my long nights are gone with having to fix everything multiple times.

I've never had more of a hard time reaching my account manager during the holidays which is pretty important to our company. He mentioned that it can take 2-3 days to get a response during the Christmas holiday season...
No one is answering on live chat on your website. My account manager is not in the office today and I'm not impressed.

I mean, where can you find an online phone system cross-connected with your appointment scheduler that tells you while your talking to a client that they have not booked their next appointment or have an unpaid invoice! Pros: The best part of Unified, at least for me, is that they do everything for you and working with our account executive has been beyond expectations as she has walked me through each step while helping me understand the marketing process and why certain things happen the way that they do. It took about a week to have our "Unified Marketing Report" presented to us which gave us an in-depth look into the plan for every marketing segment. We approved and after a week, they created a stunning website which gives our business a unique angle in the marketing, created personalized social media posts, created articles that boosted our image which helped us create a reputation and much more. Most importantly, throughout the process, they were very diligent in listening to our feedback and completing requests within 1-2 days. Generally, I would give them a 10 with creating everything beyond what we initially imagined it would turn out too. After our approval, we started to see results with being found in search engines after 1-2 months, our social media engagement increasing and clients finding us from other websites which were already ranking for our keywords because of the articles that they published. I would give them a perfect 10 with creating and executing everything while communicating with me every few days. We look forward to what the future brings in the coming months.
Cons: Our normal business hours are 9 AM 5 PM and they are only open until 5 PM which has been a strain as I only get the chance to view their materials and be able to respond to feedback when they are unavailable but they still diligently replied first thing the next day. I would recommend considering having the marketing team be available 24/7 at least for holidays and large events.
Overall: I've been with Unified for several months now and from day one, the level of service I received from every person has been exceptional. I've referred many other business owners I know to Unified. I cannot imagine running my business and marketing plans without them as it's a large benefit to be able to handle every part of marketing through one company, rather than going to 10 different companies.

Best company known to build websites at such a low cost. I dealt with a lot of website designers in the past and it turned out terrible. Working with a bunch of marketers to create a website gives such a different perspective. It has increased our sales by a lot and I would recommend building a website with this company.

Not bad for the price paid, but I think that their communication can improve. When I send an email to my account manager, it can take about 1-2 days when hearing from her and it can be frustrating when calls go to voicemail. I know I'm not the only client in this large company but a little attention goes a long way.

I hired Why Unified three months ago to help me market my small business. * my account manager, sent me the marketing plan the outlined what they planned to do to grow my business. The marketing plan stated that it would take two weeks to set up the system then we would launch the marketing campaign. Two weeks passed... three weeks passed... four weeks passed, and still NO launch...* avoided my phone calls and when I did eventually get him on the phone all he gave me was excuses and he was waiting on team to approve plan. After two months of excuses I decided to email a cancellation and refund request... they sent an email stating the cancellation process takes 2-5 business days... it has been 2 weeks and counting, and no response... * the managing director, will not return my emails, calls nor my $1300... JUST ANOTHER CRIMINAL COMPANY OUT HERE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SMALL BUSINESSES.

Whenever i have a question about our marketing their staff is always there to help if my main person is not there. I am happy than i dont need to keep track of al of my marketing and that i can focus on my business and marketing locally because one of the reasons i signed up with them is because i did not know what to do in order to stay relevant with customers and they have helped me all around.

I was not able to access my marketing metrics account for a few hours this week and it put me behind. I contacted my manager and I was eventually able to access it again but this should not be happening in 2019. I set a specific time once a week to see my metrics and this put my schedule behind. Who is going to pay for my lost time?

I hired this company to redo our website and they did a great job but what I disliked is all the other marketing they recommended and tried to sign me up for because I told them I wanted to start small and grow. Keep them in line and they will do great work with your website.

Answer: They are a legitimate company but the results are extremely poor. We've spent around $8,500 total including ad spend and their drop-shipping service. We've only generated $500 worth of profit. I would stay away
