I wasn't going to write a negative review but since you asked... Whioever did the bill of lading focused only on the zip code and not the delivery address that appeared on the on line order, the order acknowledgement, the shipping label and the invoice. They put the zip code into an app and produced a bill of lading that sent the shipment to a different city with no street address. As a result we had to get the shipping company to petition the shipper for a change of delivery address which added four days to delivery time. Shipping address and credit card info seem like the two most basic requirements to processing any order. They got one of the two things right the first time. The item was as ordered.
