The price was good. The products were fine. But customer service was somewhat lacking.
Ordered products and paid for next day shipping. Received order next day, however, we received products we did not order and one of our items was not shipped at all. When contacting Wholesale Marine, we were first told we would need to return the incorrect items before the correct items could be shipped. Really? This was not our mistake and we had paid for NEXT DAY SHIPPING. After much discussion we finally convinced them to ship our missing items. Since it was a Friday and Monday was a holiday, I assumed it would be the next Tuesday before the items would arrive. But I was told the company was will to pay for Saturday delivery so we would be receive the needed parts. Great--except that did not happen. We received them the next Tuesday. So we were disappointed and no credit was given even though we had paid for next day shipping. So will we order from Wholesale Marine again? Honestly it would depend on whether the parts were available from another vendor at a similar price. If so, no we would not order from Wholesale Marine. I understand that everyone makes mistakes. And we didn't even push for Saturday delivery. But your word is your reputation.
I've ordered a number of things from Wholesale Marine and have never been disappointed. Great service and the right product.
I was told before I bought the item that I would receive it on Thursday for which I paid extra. I received the item on Friday. The issue was I needed the item on Thursday to give me two days to install the cable. Instead it came on Friday so I was up till midnight with spot lights installing the cable to be ready by 8:00am for the boat hauler.

Product is good quality except on the side towards the end has been damaged sort of like a cut in it. Good thing is where it is we won't use. Color is perfect.
